ESTIMATING
If you need help estimating the cost of installing a Carrier controls system on a plan and spec or retrofit job we can help. We can review the application and assist you with a list of all the parts you will need, a scope of work for the installation so that you can solicit installation and wiring prices, and a list of the technician and application engineering tasks that will be required.
Programming and configuration
Support is provided for both the Carrier Comfort Network legacy products including and the i-Vu Open control systems. This includes web page design, programming, mapping of legacy and third party points, and custom programming.
Service support
If you technicians need service support we can provide this remotely via the Internet, over the phone or via FaceTime or Skype.
